Personal Experience
A user writes that “We got this filament for Creality K1C because it’s supposed to be able to print at top speeds. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes into my first print, I started hearing a tearing sound. Upon inspection, I discovered that the filament was snagged on the spool. To prevent it from stopping the print progress, I had to manually pull the filament free and then wind it back on the spool. An hour later, I encountered the same issue. I’m not even halfway through the spool and I’ve already had three failed prints because I wasn’t home to manually pull the filament free when it got snagged. I ordered two rolls of this filament, and I’m nervous about using the second roll, which is still sealed. I’ll probably try to wind it onto another empty spool manually to avoid this issue again.” But again, we think that could be a small issues with that particular spool.
